Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid (minimum of three days in-office)

Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions; cite-check and Shepardize cases; and manage document databases for case tracking and discovery
Organize trial materials, assist in creating trial binders and exhibits, and support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and trials
File legal documents in state and federal courts and coordinate service of documents
Work with legal software, including Relativity, LexisNexis, and Westlaw, for case analysis and eDiscovery
Coordinate efforts among attorneys, clients, outside legal counsel, and vendors
Requirements:
1-year experience as a Litigation Paralegal for individuals with a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
Without a degree or certificate: 5+ years of legal support experience in litigation
Must have strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar applications required
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
Successfully meet deadlines, and expectations, and perform work duties as required
Foster positive work relationships
Comply with all firm policies and practices
Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma Required
Degree and/or a Paralegal certificate preferred
