Title:Mid-Level Healthcare Regulatory Associate
Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C., Chicago, or New York (Preference for Washington, D.C.)

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries on health regulatory law, including fraud and abuse, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, licensing, reimbursement, and regulatory diligence in corporate transactions.
- Counsel telehealth and digital health companies on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Assist with the structuring of healthcare-related transactions, including private equity, M&A, and investment matters.
- Collaborate with teams across regulatory compliance, investigations, and the development of compliance programs.
- Provide guidance on healthcare transactions and regulatory issues for clients in the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., Illinois, or New York.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare regulatory law, including experience in healthcare transactions.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
- Government experience at CMS, OCR, DOJ, or FDA is a plus.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Deliver high-quality work products on time and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strong working relationships and comply with all firm policies and practices.
- Ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
