Our confidential client has retained Naviga to help recruit & identify a Chief Revenue Officer to join their team.
 
Title: Chief Revenue Officer
Location: Remote, East Coast

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting new business & upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the strategic business development plan and also develop new growth strategies.
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating goals
  • Expand customer segments and develop strategic business partnerships.
  • Assess existing sales commission programs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and communicate growth strategies with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors as well as other senior leadership.
  • Monitor the marketplace, analyze opportunities, and provide competitive strategies and tactics.
  • Unify sales processes to provide an optimal customer experience
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to align messaging, pricing strategies, and business models.
  • Oversee revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting strategies as necessary for sustainable growth.
  • Forecast revenue generation and develop strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and incorporate their feedback into product development cycles.
  • Participate in contract negotiations.
 
Requirements:
  • Senior leadership experience driving revenue growth with a minimum of 30 direct reports.
  • Managed Services and Education industry experience is a plus.
  • Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
  • Strong ability to craft and execute effective business strategies.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and other business productivity tools is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term success.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Capability to manage and integrate cross-departmental processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be open to travel across the Eastern portion of the United States.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required
