Location : Hybrid -Raleigh, NC

Work with a reputable global firm known for its excellence in professional services.
Responsibilities:
Focus on public REIT capital markets, advising clients on equity and capital markets transactions.
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, securities law matters, and public company disclosures.
Work with senior attorneys on REIT industry-related transactions and regulatory compliance.
Draft and review legal documents related to capital markets and corporate governance.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice in North Carolina or eligible to obtain admission promptly.
1-2 years of Corporate and Securities experience, preferably at a big law firm.
Experience in the REIT industry is preferred but not required.
Strong academic background and transferable skills in capital markets transactions and securities law.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work products in a timely manner.
Meet deadlines and perform duties in alignment with firm expectations.
Manage competing priorities and maintain positive client relationships.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
