Title: Mid-Level Leverage Finance Associate
Location: Hybrid -New York, NY

Responsibilities:
  • Handle leveraged finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan agreements, credit facilities, and related documents.
  • Advise clients on finance-related matters, focusing on leveraged buyouts, refinancing, and credit facility agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure and execute complex transactions.
  • Provide legal support and strategic advice on financing arrangements and associated risks.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in New York.
  • Minimum of 4 years of leveraged finance experience.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Produce high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
