Responsibilities:
  • Manage structured securities offerings for public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors.
  • Advise on real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate.
  • Represent clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and related legal matters.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents for securities offerings and real estate finance deals.
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.
  • Strong experience in commercial real estate law, particularly in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and provide persuasive communication.
  • Proven management skills.

Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
