- Manage structured securities offerings for public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors.
- Advise on real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate.
- Represent clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and related legal matters.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents for securities offerings and real estate finance deals.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.
- Strong experience in commercial real estate law, particularly in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Ability to influence others and provide persuasive communication.
- Proven management skills.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
