Title: Bilingual Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across departments.
  • Foster a culture of high morale, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication, alignment, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering consistent value and service.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, workflow oversight, and alignment with financial and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Oversee invoicing, reporting, and budget adherence to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring efficient information flow and task execution.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue generation and financial performance analysis.
  • Provide visible, hands-on leadership through daily engagement, team mentorship, and strategic decision-making.
  • Perform other duties and support company initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required); fluent in both written and spoken languages.
  • 5+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
  • 2+ years managing a P&L of $25-30MM.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams of 25-50+ employees, including direct oversight of team leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive operational results, manage change, and motivate teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and act on income statements.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
