Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts aligned with strategic focus areas.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive customer share growth and increase deal size.
Partner with internal Contract Staffing Account Managers to expand client relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and executive sponsors.
Lead sales initiatives, RFXs, presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning.
Provide subject-matter expertise on systems and software engineering trends and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with corporate functions (Legal, Marketing, Finance, HR) for large account management.
Work closely with Delivery Operations to ensure smooth execution of services and continuous improvement.
Travel regionally up to 50% for client and internal meetings as needed.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in sales/business development, managing Fortune 100/500 client portfolios.
5+ years of experience selling technical services, ideally in systems & software engineering.
Proven ability to identify, develop, and close outsourced engineering solutions deals.
Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills to align solutions with customer needs.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline and client management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
