They are adding to their team and seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for clinical and lab services within target accounts.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to grow market share and secure high-value deals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and executive sponsors at national accounts.
Collaborate with internal clinical and lab practice teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships and securing new accounts.
Manage the entire sales process, including RFXs, presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track client intelligence and business development activities.
Travel regionally up to 50% for client and internal meetings.
Requirements:
5+ years of sales/business development experience managing bio-pharma/biotech client portfolios (midsize & Fortune 500)
3+ years of experience in Life Sciences or technical services sales
Proven success in selling clinical solutions and/or lab services (lab validation and quality assurance experience preferred)
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and align solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
