Title: Mid-level Litigation Associate (Science Background Required)
Location: Hybrid -AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal counsel.
- Supervise associates and manage team dynamics.
- Work closely with experts to develop cases and assist in depositions.
- Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Contribute to the development of case strategies and litigation plans.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100 firm.
- A science background is required.
- Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical and medical device industries/clients.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence others.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
- MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree required
