Executive Vice President (EVP)

Location: Remote - Midwest or East Coast

  • The leadership team is focused on Product Development, Creating Unique Business Models for Partnering with Customers and Building long lasting Employee Relationships.
  • The core management team has been in the Product and Technology Platform Engineering space for 20+ years and pioneered the model for offshore based Product Engineering Labs. They were involved in the setup of 50+ Product R&D centers for multiple companies (Start-up, mid-sized and large) across US and Europe and have delivered 200+ product releases across these centers.
  • Lucrative earning opportunity with a competitive base salary, and uncapped commissions 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision.
  • Lead key business initiatives, driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to accelerate growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Expand customer segments and enhance market penetration strategies.
  • Evaluate and refine pricing strategies, business models, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and best practices to optimize business performance.
  • Oversee operational functions to ensure seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
  • Align finance, marketing, sales, and customer experience strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Work with the CFO to manage P&L, financial planning, and operational budgets.
  • Collaborate with the CRO and CMO to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize revenue streams.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across multiple business functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective succession planning and leadership development across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors to enhance business strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership experience (EVP, SVP, or similar role) with a track record of driving business growth and operational success.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams (30+ direct reports) in a growth-oriented company.
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and general management expertise.
  • P&L responsibility and experience overseeing financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, business development, and operational processes.
  • Experience scaling high-growth companies and leading acquisitions/integration strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and business analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Industry experience in Managed Services or Education is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with business intelligence tools, Salesforce, and financial software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel across the Eastern United States as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldis required.
  • MBA or equivalent executive leadership experience preferred.
