Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive global sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Collaborate with the CRO and executive team to align sales objectives with business objectives.
Identify emerging market opportunities and drive expansion into new regions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales team across multiple locations.
Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the sales organization.
Oversee the development and refinement of global sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor sales performance and implement improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate and close major deals, personally engaging with top-tier clients as needed.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the internet services or technology sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth, global environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as needed to various company and client locations worldwide.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
MBA is preferred.
