Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the CRO and executive team to align sales objectives with business objectives.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and drive expansion into new regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales team across multiple locations.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the sales organization.
  • Oversee the development and refinement of global sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate and close major deals, personally engaging with top-tier clients as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the internet services or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to various company and client locations worldwide.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • MBA is preferred.
