Naviga has been retained to recruit a Regional Sales Manager.
Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Remote, US (ideally East Coast, but open to any market in the US)

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Events and Industrial/Commercial segments
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including company owners, procurement managers, and technical managers
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and value propositions
Handle client inquiries, provide technical consultations, and customize solutions based on client needs
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
Collaborate with marketing to generate leads from the website and other channels
Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent sales performance
Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, typically within 4 weeks, with some large projects taking up to 6+ months
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure product designs meet client specifications and standards
Manage post-sale activities, including client support, project follow-ups, and addressing any issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience, selling tent systems and temporary building structures
Strong understanding of basic design guidelines and the ability to consult on technical aspects of products
Demonstrated success in managing high-value deals ranging from $100k to $2M, typically between $100k and $300k
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel across North America to meet clients and prospects
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
