Title: Senior Capital Markets Associate
Location: Hybrid - San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

• Practice in capital markets, corporate governance, and securities regulation.
• Work directly with public companies on various corporate matters.
• Provide legal advice on securities offerings, compliance, and corporate governance issues.
• Draft and review complex documents related to capital markets transactions and public company reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of corporate matters.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure that client needs are met promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in California.
• Minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience, ideally with exposure to public company work.
• Experience at a direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Proven ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated business judgment, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.

Education: 

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
