Title: Senior Capital Markets Associate
Location: Hybrid - San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:
- Practice in capital markets, corporate governance, and securities regulation.
- Work directly with public companies on various corporate matters.
- Provide legal advice on securities offerings, compliance, and corporate governance issues.
- Draft and review complex documents related to capital markets transactions and public company reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of corporate matters.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure that client needs are met promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience, ideally with exposure to public company work.
- Experience at a direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Proven ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated business judgment, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
