As part of their growth and strategic expansion, they are seeking a dynamic Contract Digital &  Social Media Manager to enhance their online presence and engagement.

Title: Contract Digital & Social Media Manager
Location: Remote, US

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital and social media strategies that align with the company's objectives and brand identity.
  • Drive the company's presence across new and emerging digital and social media channels, proposing and executing strategies for entry into new spaces, including mobile applications.
  • Oversee all digital and social media channels, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and voice across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, measuring business impact, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage relationships with external agencies, collaborating directly on strategy development and execution.
  • Work closely with Consumer Affairs to ensure timely and accurate resolution of consumer inquiries and issues raised through digital platforms.
  • Regularly review social media channels to identify potential issues within the product community.
  • Develop and implement crisis management protocols to address and resolve issues promptly, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Propose and develop targeted solutions, such as mobile applications, to enhance customer engagement and experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of communications experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel digital management, including the development and oversight of websites and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing agency relationships and driving collaborative success.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
