Title: Corporate M&A and Global Corporate Restructuring Associate
Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:
- Handle complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings.
- Serve Fortune 500 global companies, managing cross-border transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and legal agreements.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, business professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple responsibilities and ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services.
- Coordinate with local counsel globally and ensure smooth execution of multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Requirements:
- Admission to the State Bar in Minnesota or Illinois.
- 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience in a national or international law firm.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
- Excellent research, drafting, and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing complex, cross-border transactions preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-border transactional experience is a plus.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
