Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability
Lead long-term financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
Establish financial planning capability (financial forecasting and decision support) to guide strategic decision-making
Develop regional KPIs and oversee the development of operating and capital budgets
Understand the financial specifics driving earnings and develop a framework to evaluate cash flow and capital formation decisions
Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
Appraise the organization's financial position and issue periodic reports to senior management
Manage and optimize the company's capital structure and working capital
Direct and coordinate the establishment of operating and capital budgets
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its private equity investors
Serve as the company’s primary point of contact for select financing providers
Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and private equity partners
Develop capacity for contracting with new clients, participate in negotiations, and provide analysis and recommendations regarding financial implications
Support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and integration
Consistently monitor the business to ensure the right financial decisions are made, ensuring high profitability (60% return)
Inspire and guide a team of talented and diverse strategic and operational finance professionals
Lead the regional finance function, including strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, analytics, management reporting, and initiatives
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a CFO in a SaaS or technology company
Experience working with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and effectively manage remote teams.
Willingness to travel as needed for investor meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
