Title: Vice President of Sales
Location: Remote, US

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Sales Team is executing the strategy set forth - 70% new business development, 30% existing customer penetration
- Lead strategic effort (building processes and tools) to be successful for certain customers and channels
- Develop and drive accurate sales stage management and funnels and forecasting of what is revenues on at least a quarterly basis
- Connect, engage, inspect observe and measure sales team to produce results
- Coach-Player (ride-alongs and support to close sales)
- Developing incentive and commission plans to drive the right behaviors
- Pull correct sales reports to have proper insights and make right decisions
- Measure, monitor and coach staff inside the stages of the sales process
- Constant improvement of sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales leadership with a successful track record selling to multiple industries
- 7+ years proven leadership and ability to hire, train, evaluate, coach, motivate and mentor others to achieve successful outcomes
- Analytical thinking and ability to assess exposure and risks in potential clients
- Consultative and problem solving skills
- Characteristics of accountability, accessibility, and dependability
- Ability to work with all levels within an organization
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, will consider experience in lieu of degree
