Title: Corporate M&A and Global Corporate Restructuring Associate

Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructurings.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring seamless coordination and smooth execution of transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and manage a heavy and diverse workload in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing multiple responsibilities and delivering quality work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Membership in the State Bar, qualified to practice law in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably with experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Strong research, drafting, and writing skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and managing complex deals across jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Cross-border mergers and acquisition transactional experience preferred.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
