Position Overview: The Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients within the legal industry for our temporary staffing services. This role will also include expanding business within signed accounts by cultivating deep relationships and identifying new opportunities for additional temporary staffing placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the legal sector by identifying potential needs for temporary staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business, actively pursuing opportunities through cold calling, diversified marketing sequences, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to tailor staffing solutions for temporary roles within their legal teams.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our services’ value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations while achieving company objectives.
  • Once accounts are signed, take a proactive approach to go “wide and deep” within these accounts to identify additional temporary staffing needs and drive more business.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to ensure repeat business and maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions and continued client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities to continuously refine and adapt business development strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and quarterly goals set by management.
Qualifications:
  • 2 + years proven experience as a new business activator and driver within the temp staffing industry. 
  • Legal industry relationships and previous experience prospecting in law firms within the Tampa Bay geography are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to strategically expand and grow accounts, driving deeper penetration into existing client bases.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
