Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s business goals.

Streamline and enhance business processes, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Work with the CFO to manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control.

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure and improve company performance.

Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies.

Oversee department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
