Title: Mid to Senior Projects & Energy Finance Associate
Location: Hybrid -AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on financing projects related to energy transition and data centers.
  • Work on internationally recognized matters, including innovative financing deals in the energy transition space.
  • Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation.
  • Coordinate complex closings and manage the logistics of financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team on novel financing projects within the energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
Requirements:
  • Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project finance or financing related to energy transition or digital infrastructure.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation and managing complex closings.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and good business judgment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues while managing competing demands.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and maintain performance expectations.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
