Naviga has been retained to recruit an Account Executive who will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across North and South America.

Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and operational targets within set deadlines.
Develop tailored sales strategies for the Americas region.
Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales to track KPIs and manage sales pipelines.
Utilize CRM tools and other sales applications effectively.
Conduct product education and training to promote the company’s offerings, and support product launches.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new opportunities, build pipelines, and increase revenue through proactive prospecting.
Deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations including education and training in products and technologies.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales engineers, and business development representatives (BDRs).
Maintain accurate activity logs and transparent communication with remote team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in high-risk industries (e.g., mining, energy, construction).
Success in new business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, or risk management solutions.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Experience in startup or growth-phase companies is advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
