Naviga has been retained to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Location: Hybrid- Oviedo, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences, including solo attorneys and small to mid-sized law firms.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, social media, event planning, swag campaigns, and material creation.
  • Lead a team of two marketing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X, and Google My Business.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and other software to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Create detailed marketing reports and present them quarterly to the Board of Directors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, fostering stakeholder relationships and maintaining a professional public image.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including management or leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and clear reports.
  • Ability to create and present performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the legal or insurance industry is preferred.
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
