Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences, including solo attorneys and small to mid-sized law firms.
Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, social media, event planning, swag campaigns, and material creation.
Lead a team of two marketing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X, and Google My Business.
Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and other software to optimize marketing efforts.
Create detailed marketing reports and present them quarterly to the Board of Directors.
Represent the company at industry events, fostering stakeholder relationships and maintaining a professional public image.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience, including management or leadership roles.
Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, and other relevant marketing tools.
Demonstrated strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content and clear reports.
Ability to create and present performance reports to executive leadership.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the legal or insurance industry is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
