Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a structured plan for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new leads.
Build and maintain a pipeline of target clients, focusing on businesses with at least $1M in revenue or 50+ employees.
Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to introduce our services to potential clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with Marketing Managers, Communications Directors, Diversity Officers, and Supplier Specialists.
Collaborate with leadership to create action plans, present quarterly goals, and track progress using Google Sheets or a recommended CRM.
Work with the operations team to prepare budgets and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
Meet regularly with the CEO to review strategies, progress, and upcoming opportunities.
Represent the company at 2-4 conferences annually.
Requirements:
Proven success in business development, lead generation, or sales, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a self-starter mentality.
Experience in cold outreach and prospecting, with the ability to qualify leads.
Familiarity with advertising, marketing, or public affairs campaigns preferred.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations and proposals.
Passion for the Latino community and understanding of the cultural nuances (bilingual skills are a plus but not required).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience in sales or business development will be considered.
