- Focus on structured finance, securitization, and asset-based lending transactions.
- Draft and negotiate related documents and agreements.
- Provide legal support and strategic advice on structured finance transactions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to structure complex financing deals.
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work products in a timely manner.
- Meet deadlines and perform duties in alignment with firm expectations.
- Manage competing priorities and maintain positive client relationships.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
