Our client is a premier, rapidly growing boutique Language Service Provider (LSP) known for their passion for quality, excellent customer service, and strategic focus on innovation. They provide exemplary in-person, remote interpretation, On-Demand Over the Phone (OPI), Video Remote Interpretation (VRI), and document translation services across Southern California and are rapidly expanding their regional footprint. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer success, they are looking for a talented sales executive passionate about driving business growth and building lasting client relationships.

The Opportunity

The Account Executive position is focused on driving new revenue growth by generating new business and building long-term client relationships. You will be the primary face of the company, responsible for selling On-Demand (OPI/VRI) interpreting services, along with the full range of translation solutions to key verticals: Healthcare, Law Firms, and Educational Institutions.  This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on closing new business in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively drive client acquisition by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
  • Document and track all activity daily in CRM (including pipeline, communications, and outreach).
  • Collaborate with internal teams on seamless client onboarding and support, and assist with developing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQ responses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client challenges.
  • Provide support as needed at tradeshows and networking events; travel as required across Southern California.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 3 years of business to business sales experience, developing new business. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-level clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency required in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
  • General knowledge of the language service industry is highly preferred.
  • Prefer candidates that live in Southern California.
