Our client is a legendary, 100-plus-year-old technology distributor that serves as a vital link between leading manufacturers and reseller partners nationwide. With approximately $6 billion in revenue and 900 employees, they are currently executing a massive enterprise modernization initiative to migrate legacy homegrown systems to a state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA environment hosted on Microsoft Azure.
The Opportunity
We are seeking three Developers (.NET SAP Integrations) to support a massive enterprise modernization initiative. This is a high-impact, greenfield implementation focused on transitioning the organization’s technical infrastructure from legacy homegrown systems to SAP S/4HANA hosted on Microsoft Azure. These roles are critical to ensuring system stability and minimizing integration risk during a major digital transformation.

Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WA)
What You Will Do
Integration Development: Design and develop robust, high-performance integrations between existing .NET applications and SAP systems.
System Modernization: Support the full lifecycle of the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, including both pre- and post-go-live phases.
API Management: Build and support scalable APIs and data transformation services.
Maintenance: Enhance and maintain the existing .NET integration environment to ensure continuous stability.
Technical Oversight: Act as a technical "voice of reason," providing necessary checks and balances for external integration partners.
Who You Are
Technical Proficiency: You have a strong background in .NET and C#, specifically with recent experience in versions 7 or 8.
SAP Expertise: You possess hands-on SAP development experience. While SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred, experience with ECC is acceptable.
Platform Knowledge: You have exposure to the SAP BTP platform and a conceptual understanding of ABAP.
Backend Specialist: You prefer backend-heavy roles and are comfortable with API development and Entity Framework.
Project Veteran: You have experience integrating legacy systems into SAP environments and can clearly articulate greenfield implementation concepts.

You must demonstrate current, hands-on integration ownership rather than historical or purely theoretical knowledge. You are a strategic thinker who can identify potential latency or failure points in an integration pipeline and are driven to build infrastructure that supports long-term corporate growth.
