The Opportunity

This newly elevated leadership role has been created to strengthen day-to-day operations by adding critical middle management, improving production oversight, and driving greater accountability across the organization. The position will also implement stronger KPI tracking while freeing ownership to focus on long-term strategy and community growth, making this a high-impact opportunity to help shape the company’s next phase of expansion.

What You Will Do

  • Process Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of policy administration, including initial quoting, carrier comparison, binding, and renewals.
  • Agency Technology:Serve as the primary administrator for the Agency Management System (AMS), leveraging data and automation to improve team productivity.
  • Team Coordination:Manage and mentor the support staff (Advisors), ensuring clear communication and seamless handoffs between sales and service in the personal lines department.
  • Carrier Relations: Maintain and optimize relationships with over 20 carrier partners, staying current on products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor agency performance metrics and KPIs.

Who You Are

Required:

  • 2+ years Florida insurance experience (minimum)
  • Strong personal lines (Home + Auto) knowledge
  • 220 license required
  • Deep understanding of Florida homeowners market

Preferred:

  • Prior team lead or supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable reviewing documentation & compliance
  • Able to hold others accountable
  • Balanced personality -  approachable but firm
  • Strong communicator
  • Local market familiarity (Tampa Bay area)
