Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Accounts Payable (AP) team by:

• Supporting operational efficiency initiatives, including documenting current policies and procedures and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborating with the team to document existing AP policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Evaluating current processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
• Developing clear, user-friendly documentation such as process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Assisting with the implementation of process improvements and tracking their effectiveness.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation to support internal audits and compliance reviews.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Process Improvement.
• Strong understanding of AP systems, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience with documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred qualifications: experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), a background in a consulting or project-based role, and/or a Lean Six Sigma certification.
