Minimum of 3–5 years of experience overseeing operations, including managing technicians in a machinery or related service environment, preferable heavy equipment/forklift.

Strong customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and resolve challenges proactively.

Experience with technician dispatch and service department KPIs.

Strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
