Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the company-wide Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, security, and functionality.
Develop and deliver insightful HR reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
Serve as a key point of contact for end-user support and training, helping team members effectively utilize the HRIS.
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement system updates, and drive enhancements.
Oversee core HR data management, including job titles, salary bands, and branch locations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Lead or support HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, new implementations, and process improvements.
Ensure all HRIS processes and data handling comply with data privacy regulations and confidentiality protocols.
Facilitate seamless integrations between the HRIS and other critical systems like payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
Act as a backup to the Payroll Specialist, ensuring continuity and alignment in HR operations.
Background Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms.
Experience with HR data reporting and audit practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
A high level of discretion and a commitment to handling confidential information with integrity.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work effectively across different departments and with various stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
