Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned Practices and business development teams
Review and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs; ensure scope compliance and manage change requests
Develop and refine business and financial models to identify growth and optimization opportunities
Create pricing strategies that meet gross profit targets and fully account for indirect costs
Support RFP responses and customer business reviews with strategic financial insights
Monitor financial performance and track budgets, forecasts, cost projections, and profitability
Lead monthly revenue recognition processes and ensure timely accruals during close cycles
Partner with sales and finance leadership on forecasting, compensation plan administration, and annual planning
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve compliance risks and enforce project accounting best practices
Support procurement and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in financial analytics or financial operations within a global, services-based organization
Strong understanding of project finance and the ability to build and interpret financial models
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially financial modeling in Excel
Knowledge of financial/project accounting and contract structures
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support executive-level decision-making
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field preferred
