Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to attorneys by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient practice execution
  • Coordinate and maintain complex attorney Outlook calendars and travel logistics
  • Manage billing processes, including prebill preparation, budget monitoring, and liaison with billing and collections
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documentation
  • Oversee meeting coordination, including logistics, material preparation, and follow-up
  • Interact directly with clients and external contacts on behalf of attorneys
  • Collaborate with the Legal Support Services team to delegate, monitor, and complete administrative and legal support tasks
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with firm policies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional executive administrative experience, ideally supporting partners or executives in a legal or corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Aderant and Intapp 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with lawyers, clients, and business professionals
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, dependable attitude
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
Education: 
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
