Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner to attorneys by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient practice execution
- Coordinate and maintain complex attorney Outlook calendars and travel logistics
- Manage billing processes, including prebill preparation, budget monitoring, and liaison with billing and collections
- Prepare agendas, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documentation
- Oversee meeting coordination, including logistics, material preparation, and follow-up
- Interact directly with clients and external contacts on behalf of attorneys
- Collaborate with the Legal Support Services team to delegate, monitor, and complete administrative and legal support tasks
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with firm policies
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional executive administrative experience, ideally supporting partners or executives in a legal or corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Aderant and Intapp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with lawyers, clients, and business professionals
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, dependable attitude
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
