Location: Hybrid - AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, WA

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Provide legal support for real estate transactions and investment funds.
  • Advise on securities offerings, as well as the legal aspects of real estate investments.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to structure complex real estate deals.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
  • Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Good business judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence others and provide persuasive communication.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
  • Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in sedentary work, including working at a computer and participating in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
