- Provide legal support for real estate transactions and investment funds.
- Advise on securities offerings, as well as the legal aspects of real estate investments.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to structure complex real estate deals.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Good business judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence others and provide persuasive communication.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.

- Engage in sedentary work, including working at a computer and participating in virtual meetings.
- Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
