Title: Mid to Senior Projects & Energy Finance Associate
Location: Hybrid -AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on energy transition financing, including renewable energy projects and companies.
  • Advise on financing and M&A transactions related to energy transition, including tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
  • Work on novel and internationally recognized deals in the energy transition space.
  • Draft and negotiate complex financing agreements and transaction documents.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure and execute energy transition-related financing.
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Experience in financing and M&A transactions for energy transition projects, with a focus on tax equity and renewable energy tax credits.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, business judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work products in a timely manner.
  • Meet deadlines and perform duties in alignment with firm expectations.
  • Manage competing priorities and maintain positive client relationships.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
