Title: Life Sciences Associate
Location: Hybrid -Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on Life Sciences transactional work, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices.
  • Draft and negotiate license agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Advise clients on strategic licensing and transactional agreements within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to structure and execute complex transactions.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C.
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience, particularly in Life Sciences.
  • Experience with contract drafting in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors is required.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
  • Strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and business judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
