Title: Life Sciences Associate
Location: Hybrid -Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
- Focus on corporate transactional work with a specialization in the Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices.
- Draft and negotiate various agreements such as license agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements.
- Work with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on strategic licensing and transactional matters.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute key business strategies.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on Life Sciences.
- Experience with contract drafting in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors is a must.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
- Strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and business judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Provide high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple tasks and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and deliver work that meets the highest standards.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
