Title: Junior Litigation Associate
Location: Hybrid -San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in litigation related to product liability, mass torts, class actions, and Proposition 65 cases.
  • Defend consumer class actions and provide regulatory counseling for consumer products.
  • Handle complex commercial and consumer litigation (defense).
  • Support litigation efforts in both California state and federal courts.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on various aspects of litigation, from strategy to execution.

Requirements:
  • Admission to the California bar.
  • 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm or equivalent.
  • Experience in Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, and complex commercial or consumer litigation is a plus.
  • Experience in California state court and/or previous federal clerkship is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and business judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
