Title: Mid Level Private Equity/Finance Associate
Location: Hybrid - New York City, NY

Responsibilities:
  • Work on private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions involving credit facilities such as senior secured term loans, revolving credit facilities, first/second lien, and subordinated mezzanine credit facilities.
  • Draft and review commitment letters, engagement letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral documentation related to credit facilities.
  • Collaborate with partners on a broad range of private equity transactions for various clients across industries.
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice in New York.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience preferred.
  • Private equity lender-side representation experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and business judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Deliver high-quality work products on time and meet deadlines.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
Education: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
