Account Manager (bilingual)

Naviga has been retained to recruit an Account Manager for our client, a global, multi-million dollar leader in the production, packaging and distribution of frozen food to major retail chains around the world. 

Title: Account Manager
Location: Tampa Area, FL (50% travel; in-office when not traveling)

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and management as the primary point of contact to ensure appropriate communication is delivered in an accurate, timely and consistent manner
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Partner with leadership and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Extract competitive data, analyze the findings and generate reports for clients and senior leaders advising on pricing strategies, product offerings, etc.
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Must possess exceptional and natural social skills
  • Be passionate about helping the company continuously improve
  • Responsible and independent self-starter
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to research data, and analyze numbers
  • Skilled in using computers, software technology
  • Process-oriented, strong follow-up,  highly organized approach to managing and prioritizing tasks and day-to-day activity
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Experience:
  • Professional experience in a sales or customer support client-facing role

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree is required

Travel:
  • Approximately 50% travel expected: domestic and international travel
