Naviga has been retained to recruit an Account Manager for our client, a global, multi-million dollar leader in the production, packaging and distribution of frozen food to major retail chains around the world.
Title: Account Manager Location: Tampa Area, FL (50% travel; in-office when not traveling)

Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients and management as the primary point of contact to ensure appropriate communication is delivered in an accurate, timely and consistent manner
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Partner with leadership and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of the product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Extract competitive data, analyze the findings and generate reports for clients and senior leaders advising on pricing strategies, product offerings, etc.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Must possess exceptional and natural social skills
Be passionate about helping the company continuously improve
Responsible and independent self-starter
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to research data, and analyze numbers
Skilled in using computers, software technology
Process-oriented, strong follow-up, highly organized approach to managing and prioritizing tasks and day-to-day activity
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Professional experience in a sales or customer support client-facing role
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required
Travel:
Approximately 50% travel expected: domestic and international travel
