Title: Contract Office Administrator
Location: Hybrid- Oviedo, FL
Compensation: $25/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization, managing diverse tasks effectively.
  • Assist with HR responsibilities, including document preparation, onboarding support, and employee record management.
  • Perform executive assistant duties, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and drafting correspondence for leadership.
  • Review, process, and collect renewal documents for the company’s own insurance policies (e.g., property insurance).
  • Serve as the point of contact for federal, state, and local regulatory bodies, as well as actuaries, to obtain documents for audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or legal assistance.
  • Familiarity with law-adjacent organizational structures, regulatory bodies, and auditing processes.
  • Experience working with attorneys or executives in a legal or professional setting is preferred.
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Education: 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Candidates without a degree will be considered only if they have substantial experience as a paralegal
