Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization, managing diverse tasks effectively.
Assist with HR responsibilities, including document preparation, onboarding support, and employee record management.
Perform executive assistant duties, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and drafting correspondence for leadership.
Review, process, and collect renewal documents for the company’s own insurance policies (e.g., property insurance).
Serve as the point of contact for federal, state, and local regulatory bodies, as well as actuaries, to obtain documents for audits.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or legal assistance.
Familiarity with law-adjacent organizational structures, regulatory bodies, and auditing processes.
Experience working with attorneys or executives in a legal or professional setting is preferred.
Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
Candidates without a degree will be considered only if they have substantial experience as a paralegal
