Work with a reputable global firm known for its excellence in professional services.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales pipelines and collaborate with practice group leaders and attorneys.
Lead or participate in meetings with clients and prospects to cultivate business relationships.
Identify leads, industry trends, and emerging markets to populate the sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
Cultivate a referral network independently and in partnership with attorneys.
Partner with attorneys to expand existing client relationships and secure new clients.
Act as a sales and business development coach, helping attorneys achieve goals and improve client relations.
Foster a culture that embraces strategic and aggressive client expansion.
Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and meetings to address service issues and enhance client experience.
Organize and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.
Represent the company at meaningful events and large conferences.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services organization such as EY, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG.
Expertise in investment funds, pension funds, and insurance funds.
Strong connections with the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) or other related organizations.
Proven track record in client development and relationship management.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives, lawyers and third parties.
Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
