Responsibilities:
Work with Corporate Communications to create and deliver campaigns promoting employee ownership and the SEI ESOP
Conduct in-person and virtual presentations for Business Unit locations, educating employees on ESOP benefits and responsibilities
Monthly employee orientation presentations
Tailor content for diverse audiences, from finance executives to technical staff
Foster a culture of ownership through educational programs, workshops, and events
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding ownership culture, addressing questions, gathering feedback, and providing actionable insights to enhance initiatives
Measure and report on employee ownership participation, engagement levels, and satisfaction
Support and attend ESCA (Employee Stock Ownership Council of America) events
Ensure all ownership culture initiatives align with company goals
Background Requirements:
5+ years experience in HR, employee engagement, corporate communications, or recruitment
Event planning, training, or public speaking experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong in-person presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to adapt communication styles for various audiences.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
Customer service orientation with a positive, engaging demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
