Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting new business & upselling opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to execute the strategic business development plan and also develop new growth strategies.
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating goals
Expand customer segments and develop strategic business partnerships.
Assess existing sales commission programs.
Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and communicate growth strategies with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors as well as other senior leadership.
Monitor the marketplace, analyze opportunities, and provide competitive strategies and tactics.
Unify sales processes to provide an optimal customer experience
Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to align messaging, pricing strategies, and business models.
Oversee revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting strategies as necessary for sustainable growth.
Forecast revenue generation and develop strategies to achieve targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and incorporate their feedback into product development cycles.
Participate in contract negotiations.
Requirements:
Senior leadership experience driving revenue growth with a minimum of 30 direct reports.
Managed Services and Education industry experience is a plus.
Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
Strong ability to craft and execute effective business strategies.
Data-driven decision-making skills.
Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
Technical proficiency with Salesforce and other business productivity tools is a plus.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term success.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
