Responsibilities:
Build relationships with collision centers and earn new business through door-to-door outreach
Educate existing and potential bodyshop clients on the importance of the company’s calibration, and technology in general
Qualify leads in new geographies by building spreadsheets listing all collision centers within a 20-minute radius, ranked by size
Maintain relationships with existing collision center clients in mature locations
Implement & onboard in-house software to existing collision center clients
Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales/marketing roles
Highly professional, willing to be the initial point of contact for a new customer base and represent the values of the company
Well-versed in CRM solutions, qualifying leads, composing marketing copy
Hungry & willing to learn quickly to contribute to a fast-growing company
Personable/charismatic
Good and fast decision-making
Strong decision-making skills
