Title: Partnership Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale or Miami, FL

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with collision centers and earn new business through door-to-door outreach
  • Educate existing and potential bodyshop clients on the importance of the company’s calibration, and technology in general
  • Qualify leads in new geographies by building spreadsheets listing all collision centers within a 20-minute radius, ranked by size
  • Maintain relationships with existing collision center clients in mature locations
  • Implement & onboard in-house software to existing collision center clients
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning 
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion


Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales/marketing roles
  • Highly professional, willing to be the initial point of contact for a new customer base and represent the values of the company
  • Well-versed in CRM solutions, qualifying leads, composing marketing copy
  • Hungry & willing to learn quickly to contribute to a fast-growing company
  • Personable/charismatic
  • Good and fast decision-making
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Soft skills: Emotional intelligence and assertive communication
  • Problem-solving mentality

Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
