Naviga has been engaged to recruit a litigation Attorney (non-partnership track) to join its Insurance group in the Business & Commercial practice group. This position is open to California-admitted lawyers open to working in our San Francisco, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Diego offices.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties;
- Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner;

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Prior law firm insurance litigation experience
- Experience with analysis of coverage issues and drafting coverage analysis and position letters
- Knowledge and experience in investigating cases, drafting discovery demands and responses, drafting motions, litigating coverage, and other insurance related disputes
- Extensive experience with court hearings, mediations, and trials
- Experience advising clients on business decisions relating to matters
- Significant experience in discovery practice including depositions
- Strong analytical and writing skills

Education:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required
