Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads, providing tailored information on the firm’s investment products and services.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand investment tools, platforms, and account setup.
  • Act as an educational resource, explaining investment strategies and assisting clients with account setup.
  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Account Management to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding.
  • Address onboarding-related questions and technical challenges, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Ensure all necessary client documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients to encourage engagement and timely account setup.
  • Monitor and track key onboarding metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investment banking, investment advisory, wealth management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firms, or private equity (PE) firms. 
  • Solid understanding of investment strategies, financial products, and regulatory requirements is essential. The ability to explain complex investment concepts to clients is critical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Able to establish rapport and trust quickly with new clients.
  • Familiarity with investment platforms, CRM systems, and onboarding tools. Comfortable guiding clients through tech-driven processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive client documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
