Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming leads, providing tailored information on the firm’s investment products and services.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand investment tools, platforms, and account setup.
Act as an educational resource, explaining investment strategies and assisting clients with account setup.
Work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Account Management to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding.
Address onboarding-related questions and technical challenges, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Ensure all necessary client documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain regular contact with prospective clients to encourage engagement and timely account setup.
Monitor and track key onboarding metrics, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investment banking, investment advisory, wealth management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) firms, or private equity (PE) firms.
Solid understanding of investment strategies, financial products, and regulatory requirements is essential. The ability to explain complex investment concepts to clients is critical.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Able to establish rapport and trust quickly with new clients.
Familiarity with investment platforms, CRM systems, and onboarding tools. Comfortable guiding clients through tech-driven processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates high attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive client documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
